You might decide to celebrate your commitment to each other in the form of a Commitment Ceremony, rather than a wedding. The Commitment Ceremony is a public declaration of a couple's commitment to each other without it being a legally binding wedding ceremony (with all the paperwork!)
I can work with you to create a special day and ceremony with your family and friends to celebrate.
We don't need to meet the requirement of submitting paperwork like we do for a wedding and the 1-18 months' advance notice to Births, Deaths and Marriages does not apply.
We can include all the elements / rituals you'd like in the ceremony and I'll give you a ceremonial Commitment Ceremony Certificate and copy of the ceremony content for your safekeeping.
